Battle Axe makes true craft jerky — small-batch, hands-on, and fully personal with an attention to detail that most people won’t understand.

We don’t automate anything. We don’t mass-produce any of it. We make jerky the way we believe it’s meant to be made—thin, crispy, flavorful, and crafted entirely by hand. We hand-trim, hand-cut, hand-season, and hand-place every single piece of meat that goes into our dehydrators. We literally touch every individual strip of meat (with gloves).

Every batch of jerky is small on purpose so every piece can be inspected by hand. Every flavor is the result of rigorous testing, tweaking, and caring about making unique jerky that you can’t find anywhere else.

We realized we weren’t just making snacks — we were creating something people couldn’t easily find:  jerky that’s thin, crispy, clean, high-protein, low-fat, full of flavor, and made with real ingredients and real hands.

At Battle Axe Jerky, our mission is simple:

To create the highest-quality craft jerky by hand, one small batch at a time. We believe real jerky should be thin, crispy, clean, and packed with flavor—not mass-produced or full of shortcuts. Every strip we make is hand-cut, hand-seasoned, and personally inspected by our father–son team. We honor quality, integrity, and hard work by touching every piece of meat that goes into our dehydrators. Our goal is to fuel everyday warriors—whether in the field, the gym, or the grind of daily life—with jerky made the right way: by hand, with purpose, and with pride.
